To meet regularly with the Company Representatives to review and discuss the facility operations, environmental performance, safety, emergency preparedness, security, social commitments to the area and other issues the Panel may decide are important. The Panel will serve as an advisory group and not a decision-making body for the Plants. The Plants will not ask the Panel to formally approve or disapprove any actions the Company may take.
